Refund policy

If you have received your Ethiek product in a damaged condition, please do email us at support@ethiek.in within 24 hours and send you a replacement after evaluating the situation. Please send us photos of the damaged product received so we can assess the damage and also work to improve ourselves. 

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product, do let us know so we can make amends and send you the correct one. Again, please mail us at support@ethiek.in along with photos.

Owning to the consumable nature of detergents, unless you received the product in a damaged condition or we sent you the wrong product, we will not be able to process a return and refund.
